Veal/Pork Roast Duo with Madeira Sauce. Roasted Fennel, Carrot and Asparagus combo. Butter-poached baby Potatoes topped with fresh parsley.
Wine: Our limited edition Cuvee de Nuit. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault harvested at night for best flavor.
Chocolate Mousse Torte (blend of dark and white chocolates) with a raspberry sauce.
