End of Summer Grillin' Wine Pairing Dinner

Appetizer: to be announced

Salad: Roasted beets with micro greens and raspberry vinaigrette dressing laced with honey from local flowers.  Wine: Piesporter

Entree’: Grilled Strip Loin (Shell Steak). Sauteed zucchini with blistered cherry tomatoes and whipped potatoes infused with aged cheddar cheese. Wine: Cabernet/Shiraz/Merlot blend

Dessert: Apple tart with puff pastry, a touch of cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream. Wine: Aust. Traminer-Riesling blend.

As in the past, appetizers will start at 6:00pm with the first dinner course to be served promptly at 6:30pm.
